F.D.A. Seizures
On September 25th of 2014, the F.D.A. seized 25,000 pounds of kratom from Rosefield Management in California, whilst claiming that it was because kratom is an "unapproved drug". For maximum intimidation, the F.D.A. sent armed Federal Marshals to perform the raid. Kratom is a plant. It is not a drug any more than a carrot is a horse. Following their usual modus operandi, they justified their criminal activity by stating that the seller's truthful claims about kratom's ability to greatly reduce pain and alleviate opiate addictions had somehow meant that it had been transformed into a drug, as if the seller's claims had some type of magical power. Even if that could be true, it does not account for the fact that neither pain nor addiction are diseases. However you examine the situation, they have been ignoring the law and making their own as they have seen fit. Such behavior is the hallmark of tyranny.
On November 7th of 2014, the F.D.A. issued an import alert on kratom, which effectively means that the F.D.A is attempting to seize all of the kratom that enters into the U.S.A. Kratom is not illegal at the federal level, nor is it illegal in the vast majority of states. When it issued its import alert, the F.D.A. claimed that kratom is a hallucinogen, which was a lie. Even if it were actually a hallucinogen, it would still not give them the authority to simply take whatever they want, whenever they want, in punitively stealing from the lawful citizens of whom they pretend to serve. This is the behavior of the Mafia, but not of an accountable regulatory agency. By confiscating kratom as it is being imported, in utter disregard of our laws, the F.D.A. is willfully sabotaging the basic human right of the people to heal themselves through God's natural medicine and our right to trade legal goods.
The reason why they are dishonestly claiming that kratom is a hallucinogen is because this belief would frighteningly differentiate it from the other "drugs" that are already legal and commonly used, like alcohol, nicotine, and caffeine. The agenda is to suppress kratom by saying and doing whatever is necessary, so that it can be stopped before the public begins demanding its rights, as Americans once did to make alcohol legal again. If herbs like kratom were to become controlled through transparent regulatory means, then we would have the power to effect changes in the policies, such as is already happening with cannabis legalization in state after state. So they plan to stop it before there is any public debate.
There have been no legal actions against opium lettuce, because the same compounds occur in farmed lettuce too, though to a lesser degree. Outlawing lettuce is simply not feasible for them, so they must ignore it while hoping that we do not notice. Taking action against lettuce would only expose the agenda.
Lawmakers are usually quick to jump onto the bandwagon of banning various substances, to seem "tough on drugs". Most of the legislative bills that ban herbs are ironically intended to stop the dangerous synthetic drugs, yet within the fine print of the bills is usually found the alternative plants too. When contacted by concerned citizens, lawmakers were typically unaware that they had banned the natural substances. So perhaps our legislators should take the time to read what they vote for, and take into account the fact that corrupt agencies are manipulating our laws through trickery.
It is rumored that Mastercard has threatened and "fined" (electronically stolen from) companies which sell herbs like kratom. However, we have been unable to confirm this, and most of the sellers are too afraid to speak with us. The sellers are so embattled that they disingenuously tell their own buyers not to consume the herbs that they sell, as an attempt at appeasement by playing both sides. It truly expresses the degree of tyranny whenever the citizens are too afraid to openly speak about topics that are completely legal. It is reminiscent of how terrified people constantly swore that they were not Jewish in NAZI Germany. Kratom sellers normally display long disclaimers to make illegal F.D.A. raids less likely.
I feel alcohol is more of a risk to society than kratom is.. hell, I'd even say MARIJUANA Is more of a danger, which imposes virtually no danger other than a food shortage.. lol

Hahah! That's my boy..Juscaws 😛 😛
Alcohol is a considerable danger to society. That is a mathematical fact that has been proven by hundreds of studies, some of which have been reproduced many times. I've seen dozens of statistics in college and elsewhere. I cannot believe it's legal, but it is. Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not saying that it should be taken away. I used to love to drink, it was the only way I could talk to girls when I was younger. What I'm saying, is that it's a proven fact that it's a very large menace to society. I still love a good beer though. I haven't had a beer in a year, but I still love a good, dark, craft beer made with love.
DUI's are no fun, neither are the fist fights, mean words to loved ones, surprise babies...and so forth. That's the easy side of things. Alcohol can turn the best of us into monsters, can turn the most faithful person, in to a cheat. It's sad...but true. With alcohol, there can sometimes be no limitations at all.
When we compare this to marijuana, it astounds me that it's illegal, but I can go buy everclear here. How can something so dumb, so trivial, so innocent and so...boring, while being relatively non-addictive, be illegal; while alcohol, which can be a larger menace than heroin and meth combined be illegal? Now lets throw Kratom into the picture.
The fact that it's already outlawed in states is a testimate to many bad things in our nation. It shows you the lack of education, the level of ignorance, the corruption of corporations on our legal bodies, etc. It's a tree, with many branches, that reach in many directions; far too many to type out here at 1 AM. In other words, it's a complicated issue, but I think one central theme should be addressed here, right now. The same thing is happened now, as has happened in the past. Propaganda and scare tactics. This is how marijuana was made illegal. They said that it made the black population rape white women, that it would make people do evil things.
We have to fight this. Every single one of us must fight it, no one should lay back. We all need to talk about it, and talk about it with our loved ones, friends, and even strangers. Donate to the AKA and BLD, anyway you can. I know most people can't afford it, but I think we can all spend a dollar, or shop with companies that donate a part of your proceeds to the AKA and BLD (like us).
If you don't, history will repeat itself. We can still win.
We can still win this, but we have to be united.
This means there needs to be a reduction in facebook groups, and we need to consolidate into a few forums, or a few facebook groups, etc. We need to donate, or do business with businesses who donate to the non-profits that keep Kratom legal, and talk. Talk-talk-talk. Fight the ignorance, spread the word, educate those around you, even people online. Engage those who argue with you, and most of all...be respectful, even if they aren't. You don't want piss people off.
Studies show that when others attack you, they feel inferior, or they feel that their belief system is being threatened. If you respond with hostility, studies also show that it has a tendency to make the other party fight even harder, and it shuts down their ability to hear the "content" of the message. What this means, is that they hear your words, but they do not assimilate it, and therefore it does not make an impact. In fact, it can have the opposite effect, which is what you do not want, which is why I suspect that Susan Ash at the American Kratom Association asked people to be very polite when they write their representatives.
It's all fact. I've read the theory before, in actual textbooks on more than one occasion. Sure, it was community college, but that doesn't matter.
I'm going to write an article for ILK, perhaps ILK will allow me to publish it. I think I would like to write about how to write persuasively, use wording-effects (psychology: google it), and then I would close on the ability to convey your message more efficiently. Even a small attitude can be perceived as condescending.
I own http://www.pharmacy-dropout.com. We are a small family owned business. We specialize in exotic strains, blends and we focus on our customers' needs and give special attention. We also form relationships with our customers. We have rare strains and we have black and white standards for ourselves, giving only our best, every single time. All of our Products are sold with no intent on use, and are not sold for consumption.
As a vendor, and as someone who is business partners with a Kratom vendor who received a visit from the FDA I can tell you a few reasons why I can understand why the business was raided and some important facts you should know regarding the sale and distribution of Kratom. Anyone doing business in these ways is directly negatively impacting the future of Kratom.
When the FDA came and visited they were looking at a few things. We're there capsuling up the Kratom, had it in liquid extract form, or directly promoting it for consumption? Of course this company was doing none of those things. The FDA agent said after his investigation "just continue doing business how you have been" and left and that company hasn't heard anything since then. ANY company selling with the intent of consumption, or with capsules or liquid extract are the reason these things are happening. PLEASE evaluate your strategy and stop ruining the future of Kratom. It may seem like it will hurt your business right now but for the long run you will only better the chance of this plants existence. Use your heads guys. Thanks 🙂

Sorry, but I'm a little confused. I think there may have been some typos in there that were fairly critical.

If businesses are practicing selling in capsule form or liquid extract that is when the FDA is getting more involved and seizing product. If you are blatantly selling the product for consumption they will definitely take action.
