Started on Red Malay yesterday.
Good morning everyone. I hope all are well and survived Mothers Day?? I have a need for some advice. I started Kratom yesterday. Red Malay. I noticed the sedating properties after an hour. The first hour was semi energetic. But sedating after that. I awoke this morning in pain, 4 a.m., and took a teaspoon and a half of the Red Malay. I now feel like I'm over sedated. My pain is managed but some spring in my, this is an oxymoron, step would be nice! I have Green Malay and other various "Greens". Any suggestions. It's such a beautiful day here and my roses are smiling. I'd like to enjoy them without the feeling of being on Haldol or Lithium. I'm open to suggestions.
