Good list. I follow most of it, except I'm putting Siberian Ginseng on my shopping list. And I don't like cannabis or alcohol hardly ever, but I can assure anyone, a couple beers will knock a small person OVER with kratom. I won't do it again. Same with cannabis. Kratom doesn't help me sleep, so I use valerian tea and melatonin. I do use a bit of red with my tea at night to avoid waking up in pain. It helps!
