Still don't know what to do about trying Kratom.
I have read everyone's helpful remarks. I still am scared to try. Mainly, the drugs I am on having getting off them. Even for two days will be hell. Tramadol does help my pain. And clonazopam and the little amount of lyrica does help my sleep. Has anyone gone straight from these types of weird straight to kratom without any problems?
I wish their was someone who could tell me yes and this is what u do or no not like that.
I do put a lot.of faith in the medical field but they can help u from hurting yourself. I am just scares. I wish I knew more.
Feel free to comment.
I went from Fentanyl to Kratom, with little to no issue so I think the pain meds won't be an issue. I've also been on Lyrica, which made me feel drunk so I stopped that as well. I will say the Red Vein i got from PDO is better than any benzo I've ever been on, and I've taken Xanax, klonopin, Valium, and Ativan in the past 10 years, sometimes much more than I should have. So if you're more afraid that if you don't take these that you'll hit that point where you want to crawl out of your skin, I can say that the Kratom will really help keeping that from happening. In my personal experience anyway, and I've been on some really strong medications for years with my medical issues. I came home from surgery a couple weeks ago and threw my pain meds away that they prescribed me because I have no need for them now, and that says a lot when coming from someone like myself. I'm here to help anytime you need it.
I made a mistake going from Prozac to kratom thinking that kratom was helping me with my OCD and some depression. It was dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb. The OCD returned horribly. Obviously the drugs and conditions you are dealing with are different but the same truth may hold that abruptly switching to a drug that people don't know a lot about is not a smart idea. I am not a doctor but maybe take a small dose of kratom one day despite the other drugs just to see how it is (4 grams maybe). Then based on the reaction you could determine whether or not it could help you taper from the other drugs?
ditto I feel the same way trying PDO now
You mentioned that the medical community can stop u from "hurting yourself". My though after your statement would be to keep an open dialog with your doctor if you plan on stopping all your medications. I say that not because of kratom but because of the pharmaceuticals stopping some meds abruptly can be bad news.
I was saying ditto to what Otterbot12 was saying kratom helped me. I was capable of dropping pills in one swallow of kratom never turned back just got weak kratom in my journey. I very optimistic about pharmacy dropout can't wait for my order to arrive also want to thank Quick Kratom for changing my life.
