Hello all, it is nice to be able to get back on the forum after 8 months of no use!! B) Anyway I have been burning kratom for a couple of years now each and every day getting up to 50g's a day. It helped me to sober up at the perfect time in life and relieve my bad anxiety and back pain. I decided I had to cut back and during the last week only burning about 8g's through out the whole day. I have done this many times before with only some RLS. Now I have only been ably to sleep for 3 hours before waking up with terrible RLS and anxiety attacks which are new 🙁 If anyone has advice on strains that have helped with anxiety I am all ears!! B)
I would say a good Red Borneo would be a Great Choice for Anxiety. That one always worked for me.

Agreed, a good quality red borneo is a great possibility!
Buy some kanna and try that. If the reds don't help at all, kanna can put you where you want to be with the anxiety. It will totally relax you and put you at ease. 1/2 gram will suffice, just regular kanna, not extract. I haven't used any in a few years but it works well. I'm glad to hear you cut back on the kratom, I have too, and it works better. Some days I will only have like 4 to 6 grams.
Would you recommend the kanna as the strongest for anxiety?
I haven't used any for a few years, but I do remember it putting my body into this full body relaxation with a small amount. It's worth a try. Carpo's botanicals has some ....1/2 ounce for 9 bucks I think, so it's pretty inexpensive.
You also might try Red Bentuangie, it helped my anxiety.
