Q: What year did you begin? A: Phoria Kratom began operating in 2010 selling kratom powder as an over-the-counter nutritional supplement. Q: What was your motivation for starting your company? A: Many things, most notably the opioid epidemic that America is facing was a motivating factor.  Q: What are your future plans for the company? A: We are expanding constantly and always trying to get more stores to carry our product. We have also expanded our kratom extract product lines. Q: What separates your company from others like yours? A: We have come a long way since 2010. We now operate a large manufacturing facility for not only kratom but other superfood powders as well. Our products are fresh, raw, lab tested and grown on our privately owned kratom farm in Indonesia. The process from tree to sale has been refined over the years greatly and we are constantly looking to improve areas of the supply chain moving forward. Q: What are your top 5 products and why? A: Kratom Capsules, Kratom powder and Kratom extract are just some of our top sellers. Everyone enjoys different strains, so those are split pretty evenly across all of our product lines.

Q: What specials do you offer? A: If you subscribe to our newsletter we send out a weekly email with deals and coupons. We are always offering options to save 20% or more on all of our products. Q: Tell us more about your customer service? A: We offer customer service over the phone Monday through Friday 10am – 4pm MST. We also offer 24/7 customer support via email or our online ticket system. No one goes unanswered. Q: Are you cGMP certified? A: We have been abiding by strict GMP guidelines for over 7 years. Our facility is receiving a third party audit this year after which we will be certified. Q: Tell us about any awards or certifications your company has received? A: We like awards, who doesn’t? But unfortunately we have not received any yet. We are working however with the American Kratom Association to become one of their cGMP certified vendors. Q: Tell us your company’s story? A: Throughout the years we have only had praise on how our product brings peace and pain relief to thousands of Americans on a daily basis. That is all we need to continue the journey in offering and continuing to offer the best kratom products available. We also continue to do R & D on kratom extracts and new cutting-edge kratom products.
